This service provides ongoing support with your N&L nutritionist.
You will have access to:
- Bi-weekly 1-1 video call check-ins
- Ongoing message support
- Lessons, readings and resources for learning and improvement
- Journaling and tracking software
- Personalised curriculum.
This package allows for a more affordable way to be coached. Following a step-by-step plan and pre-made curriculum. This plan includes the following:
- Weekly/Bi-weekly lessons and content
- Nutrition curriculum to improve habits
- Journaling and tracking software
- Resources, lessons and readings to enhance learning
- 1 monthly call with N&L nutritionist
- On going messaging support.
Please find below the Personal training services available. All sessions are held in person at Kokoro Fitness.
This package consists of one 1-1 personal training session per week. This is perfect for those that like extra accountability and may want to learn a new skill.
This package consists of two 1-1 sessions a week. This is more suitable for those that want to push themselves and develop their strength.
This package consists of three 1-1 session a week. This is perfect for those that are new to the gym and need extra guidance. Or if you are looking to get more from your strength development as more sessions allows for more movements.
This package is for those that want both nutrition support and 1-1 PT sessions. There are multiple packages available depending on what you are looking for. Get in touch to find out more.
